Muscle Growth and Fat Loss Coach – I have trained with clients of various ages from 12 to 70 years old. I work a lot with people who are trying to fluctuate up and down in weight/ people who want to build muscle or lose body fat. I have also worked with clients who have had problems such a Parkinson’s disease and diabetes so if you’re case is a bit tough to deal with then let me know and we will figure something out for you whether it’s with diet or exercise.

If you are looking for someone who does NOT bullshit you with what is possible then I am your guy. I will be 100% honest with you with everything because this is the best route to reach your goals. I’m the kind of trainer who gives homework and expects picture proof that you’re doing the things I have told you in order to succeed. I do this to keep you accountable. You can’t lie to me if you have picture and times of all your work 💪🏽 lastly I am always available through text or call and I will get back to you as soon as possible if you have any questions so you can learn as we go through the process together.

I would say my number 1 motto would be to always be a doer! Don’t ever procrastinate on anything. If you have a workout to do, a meal to eat, sleep to get, or a task to complete then do it when you’re supposed to. Don’t say tomorrow or Monday, just get it done right away. You will find yourself getting more things done in general instead of forgetting about them and waiting until it’s too late. This motto will help you in not only fitness but it will straight up change your life for the better as you will find yourself being 1000x more productive.
