Hi, I’m Gabriel, a personal trainer with a passion for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Fitness has been a transformative journey for me, helping me lose weight, add muscle mass, and improve my overall well-being.

I hold three general certifications in fitness, am certified in diet and supplementation, and specialize in corrective exercise. With a diverse background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and CrossFit, I create effective, varied training programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical exercise but also on mental well-being and overall health.
