Kimiya Tabrizi – Functional Strength and Conditioning
Hey! I am Kimiya Tabrizi, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals through personalized, science-based programs. With a degree in kinesiology and over seven months of experience as a trainer, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to optimize strength, mobility, and overall health. I’ve also worked over three years in both outpatient physical therapy and home health settings, which allows me to integrate rehabilitation principles into my training sessions. This means that whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, recover from an injury, have injury precautions, or just build a healthier lifestyle, I’ll create a customized plan that’s both safe and effective for you.
In addition to my work as a trainer, I bring eight years of competitive tennis experience, giving me unique insight into the mechanics of movement, agility, and endurance. My coaching style is all about empowering you to push your limits while maintaining proper form and technique, so you can see sustainable progress and avoid injury.
As an Iranian American, I’m proud of my heritage and value the importance of community. I strive to create an inclusive, motivating environment where everyone feels supported, no matter their fitness level or background.
