Personal Trainer in Costa Mesa – Personal trainer and nutritionist with 20 years of experience. I have worked alongside some of the top athletes, and body builders in the world. I specialize in transforming people using nutrition, cardio programs, and weight lifting to transform your body. I like to think of it as a pie chart split into three sections. You need all three working together to reach your goal. They all play an important part in your transformation process. You can rest assured if you can follow one of my plans I can drastically change any body, at any age, or any fitness level from beginner to an advanced lifter who’s stuck in a plateau. I teach mental toughness, discipline, dedication, consistency, and I teach people how to stop making excuses and how to make time. I hear all the time people don’t have time. I teach people simple things like how to reset your clock, get to bed earlier, get more rest, wake up earlier, go to the gym before the sun is up, and get home before your kids are awake, and workout on your lunch breaks. This lifestyle is fun and rewarding but it’s also about sacrifice and working while others are sleeping, taking breaks and watching tv. We can all make excuses or we can take action and create time in our lives for what our goals and desires are, and achieve them. I teach people to not put limitations on themselves and go after your goal with everything you got, and you never know how far it will take you. I specialize in nutrition and teach people how to speed up their metabolism, and take advantage of everything you can to burn fat and build muscle with precise and expert nutrition, cardio, and advanced workout techniques. I will not have you dieting, I will have you adding more food just like you would add more wood to a fire to make it burn bigger and bigger. I use a mixture of clean and healthy eating as well as refeed days or as some call them cheat days, which will in turn make your fire burn even bigger and set your metabolism on fire! You will be burning fat and building muscle at a rapid and consistent pace. I teach people how to work smarter not harder. I will also teach you how to work hard and bring your workouts to another level! I push people with encouragement and passion and I’m proud to say I’m more passionate about my clients than most of them are about themselves and their goals. I heavily invest myself into each and every client and get enjoyment out of watching their success. My goal with each client is to teach them all my knowledge so that one day they can do it on their own, and they can pass the knowledge onto others the same way it was passed on to me by my father, who was a bodybuilder and won Mr. Texas, and the many friends and mentors of mine who were bodybuilders, olympians, pro athletes, and coaches who were all kind enough to pass the knowledge onto me. I always tell people those who are humble enough to learn from others can receive great knowledge, and in turn continue to pass the torch and spread the knowledge. All the greats are just passing along information from one to another. I know what it’s like to fight back from injuries. I know what it’s like to be a busy parent. I know what it’s like to not have the best genetics and fight hard for everything I have. I know what it’s like to give up your vices to reach your goals and make sacrifices.
