Summer was first introduced to fitness at a young age through her dad and now shares a huge passion for lifting weights. She grew to have a major love for CrossFit and trained at multiple gyms across Southern California. With over 8 years experience coaching group classes and giving nutrition advice, she got her personal training certification and continued to work with women of all ages. It is an honor for her to be sharing her passion for health and fitness on a deeper level as it has so many positive rewards to it. The gym is a great place where you can come face to face with challenges, overcome them, and be stronger in the end. She dreams of encouraging as many women as possible to work hard for their goals and never give up on loving themselves!
