I hold three general certifications in fitness, am certified in diet and supplementation, and specialize in corrective exercise. With a diverse background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and CrossFit, I create effective, varied training programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.

When I signed up for training my main priority at the time was just losing weight. I didn’t know anything about counting macros, nor strength training, & lifting, but I’ve grown to love it. Hey! I am Kimiya Tabrizi, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals through personalized, science-based programs. With a degree in kinesiology and over seven months of experience as a trainer, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to optimize strength, mobility, and overall health. I’ve also worked over three years in both outpatient physical therapy and home health settings, which allows me to integrate rehabilitation principles into my training sessions. This means that whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, recover from an injury, have injury precautions, or just build a healthier lifestyle, I’ll create a customized plan that’s both safe and effective for you.
In addition to my work as a trainer, I bring eight years of competitive tennis experience, giving me unique insight into the mechanics of movement, agility, and endurance. My coaching style is all about empowering you to push your limits while maintaining proper form and technique, so you can see sustainable progress and avoid injury.

I’m Sadra Banihashemian, a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach and Strength & Conditioning Specialist at SMTF Costa Mesa, California. My passion for fitness stems from my background as a professional basketball player and my lifelong exposure to bodybuilding through my uncle. I’ve been weight training since my teenage years, which has deepened my understanding of effective training methods.
